We are happy to provide our clients with multiple testing services
Radon Gas Testing
Radon Gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. We find it so important to test for Radon Gas that we include the test as part of our residential home inspection.
If you have are interested in having your home tested for Radon Gas please feel free to call us today so that we can schedule a time to perform the test.
The Canisters need to be in place in your home for at least 48 hours.
We generally place the test at the lowest living level of the home and having all windows and door closed is the best way to get an accurate reading.
Radon Water Testing
Radon Water testing is a newer service that we have begun to offer. There has been an increased awareness of the dangers of radon gas and we feel it is important to stay up to date with the latest testing procedures.
Radon in the water can be released when the water is exposed to the air such as during boiling, showering, washing hands etc.
We will take a sample of the water supply in the home and test for the amount of radon that is found in it.
